Leadership Team Addition to Direct Company’s Operations and Strategic Development
MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich. – Nov. 12, 2024 – Lighthouse Exteriors, a family-owned home improvement business serving metro Detroit since 2004, is proud to announce the appointment of Ryan Fogelberg as its President. The newly created role supports Lighthouse Exteriors’ development strategy to grow the business and service areas throughout the region.
Fogelberg will oversee operations, sales, production, and marketing for the company and expansion plans across Michigan and the U.S. He was most recently the Sales Director for automotive tech company, Forvia, where he managed the North American Operations sales teams, $400 million book of business, and complex negotiations in an inflationary environment. He brings over two decades of sales, project management, and quality improvement experience in the automotive, aerospace, and healthcare sectors to his new position at Lighthouse Exteriors.

Prior to his position with Forvia, Fogelberg was a sales director for Troy, Mich.-based global automotive supplier Inteva Products’ roof systems division CIE Golde where he managed sales, facility, operations, training, and hiring. Before Inteva Products, he spent five years as a new launch program manager for Ford Motor Company overseeing powertrain supplier operations and launched a new plant in China.

Fogelberg received his master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan State University. In addition, he holds several accreditations including Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Karass negotiation skills training, and a Green Belt certification and Black Belt execution in Six Sigma Methodology.
